DVD Production Update

We're nearing
the end of the video editing and we will soon
start on the production of the DVD (menus,
interactivity, graphics). We hope to have the DVD
available for purchase by the end of November
'07. Until then, stay tuned for free videos of
exercises that will keep you healthy and strong
so you can train harder and race faster.
